RETURN EXHANGE DUMBRIDGE
At Dumbridge, we are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect size, we offer you the option to exchange your order within 15 days of delivery on all full-priced items.
To initiate an exchange, simply contact us at [drip@dumbridge.com] within 15 days of delivery. Please note that items eligible for exchange must be:
- In unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition
- Returned with tags intact and in their original packaging
- Not part of any promotions or discounts
Exchanges can only be processed at our store, subject to the availability of the item in stock. Damages caused by improper use, neglect, or application are not covered under our exchange policy.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to exchange an item due to a size mismatch or receipt of a defective product, we will provide a replacement free of cost. However, exchanges are subject to the availability of the item in stock. Please note that exchanges and returns are not applicable to accessories, unless the item is damaged.
Refunds are available only for international orders. Exchanges for sizes or replacements of merchandise are subject to inspection by our QA team to ensure the item is in its original condition.
Return or exchange requests due to a change of mind are not accepted.
