Delivery Timeline

• Orders are usually delivered within 4-5 working days.
• During our Sale Period, shipping may take 7-10 working days.
• A flat delivery charge of Rs. 199 applies to all orders.
• Please note that delays in transit may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Packages Lost In Transit

• If a package is lost during transit, it may take 4-5 working days to investigate the issue.
• We will work to locate the package or issue/offer a replacement once the investigation is complete.

Products Damaged or Stolen In Transit

A product will be considered damaged or stolen under the following conditions:

• Damaged Product: If the product is received with fabric torn or physically harmed due to mishandling.
• Stolen Product: If the package arrives with a damaged seal, is empty, or contains fewer articles than ordered.

In such cases:

• You must contact Dumbridge Customer Care within 14 days of receiving the package.
• We may ask you to provide a digital picture of the received package/parcel to process your claim.
• Once the investigation is complete, we will compensate for the loss or issue a suitable replacement.
